Grow Your Remodeling Business

Tearapproved Remodeling is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent providers who do kitchen and bathroom remodeling. If you run your own remodeling business and want more homeowner calls, you may be a fit for our network.

This page is not about jobs with us. We do not hire crews or employees. Providers stay independent and run their own work.

Who We Are Looking For

We look for providers who enjoy larger projects, especially bathing-area work such as tub-to-shower conversions and walk-in showers or tubs. Kitchen remodeling contractors are welcome too.

Experience with older homes is a real plus. Homeowners often need someone who is calm about hidden surprises like aging plumbing, soft subfloors, and past repairs.

We do not send small jobs or mobile home projects, so those are not a match for this network.

What We Expect

Homeowners are trusting you with their homes, so we hold providers to a clear standard:

• Hold the licenses and insurance your area requires
• Look at the home before you quote
• Give written quotes in plain language
• Explain surprises honestly and early
• Return homeowner calls with courtesy
• Do your own work, or manage it responsibly

You are responsible for your own contracts, pricing, schedules, and results.

How to Apply

Send a short email to contact@tearapproved.property. Please include:

• Your business name and the areas you serve
• The kinds of remodeling you do
• A brief note on your experience with older homes
• Your license and insurance details, where required

We will review your note and follow up if there seems to be a fit. Joining the network does not promise a set number of referrals.
