Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use tearapproved.property. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Our Role Is Referral Only

Tearapproved Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not design, demolish, build, install, plumb, wire or repair anything. Any work in your home is done by an independent provider, never by Tearapproved Remodeling.

No Endorsement, No Promises

Introducing you to a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no promise about the quality, schedule, cost or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, permits and conduct.

Information Is General

What you read here is general information. It is not professional, legal, design, engineering or financial advice. Every home and every remodel is different, and what suits one project may not suit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Any cost figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They vary with the job, your location, the materials and the condition of your home. Ask the provider for an itemized written quote before any work begins.

Payment and Financing

Tearapproved Remodeling does not offer loans, financing or payment plans. We also do not collect payment for remodeling work. The provider you choose sets the payment terms. Read each contract carefully before you sign it.

Staying Safe

Remodeling can involve demolition, electrical wiring, gas lines and heavy materials. Homes built before 1978 may have lead paint. Some older flooring, insulation or ceiling materials may need testing before anyone disturbs them. If you are unsure about a material, do not cut, sand or remove it. If you think someone's life or safety is at risk, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Tearapproved Remodeling may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We work to keep this site accurate and current. Even so, we make no warranty that it is complete or without errors.
