What We Do

Tearapproved Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not design, build, install or repair anything. We are also not a party to any contract you sign with a provider.

Providers Are on Their Own

The providers you reach are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its quotes, pricing, schedules, permits, workmanship, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct providers. We make no promise about their availability, response time, schedule, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, we encourage you to check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance, and get an itemized written quote and contract.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get into it in ways that are not allowed.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may reach you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@tearapproved.property.

Ownership of Content

The content and design of this site belong to Tearapproved Remodeling or those who license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Tearapproved Remodeling is not liable for loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's work, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.
